Monday 3/13 and Tuesday 3/14: Sub

ERWC: Finish the Wikileaks article annotations. Use your notes on the AoW format to write a summary and response to the article (due Thursday). Use any time you have to work on DJs and read for 1984. You should be done with IX by Thursday. DJs that were due Monday have been pushed to Wednesday. 


AP Juniors: Questions for Woolf (due Thursday at the latest). Multiple Choice practice test and review. 


Wednesday 3/15

ERWC: Notes on Chapter IX and X. Stamp DJs for III-VII


AP Juniors: library visit to get non-fiction books. 


Thursday 3/16

ERWC:  Turn in Wikileaks AoW with the cover, article, and summary/response. If you take a PB, it will be due Friday. 

Small group brainstorms on possible essay topics for 1984.

HOMEWORK Read through Section 3, Chapter I for Friday.  


AP Juniors

Textbook: LOC "About Men" Gretel Erlich. Choose whatever form of notes you want to take while you're reading this (Cornell, L/R margin annotations, PAPA square). 


Friday 3/17


Section 2 test pushed to next week!

Handouts: Test Review and Questions to help you choose an essay topic. 

Watched a few scenes from 1984 (we will not be watching the whole thing)


AP Juniors

Stamp Notebooks and the Erlich notes. 

Watch video- Bernice Bobs Her Hair. 

HOMEWORK: Erlich Questions (will be collecting this with the notes on Monday).
